IT IS DESIGNED TO HELP PARTICIPANTS TURN THEIR IDEAS INTO BUSINESSES BY USING PROVEN, EFFECTIVE CURRICULUM, BUSINESS COACHING IN FINANCE, MARKETING AND PLANNING, AND CONNECTION WITH OTHER BUSINESSES IN LOCAL NEIGHBORHOODS. FOLLOWING COMPLETION OF THE CURRICULUM, SPRINGGR CONTINUES TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES TO LEARN AND NETWORK BY CONNECTING GRADUATES WITH SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS MENTORS AND OFFERING TRAINING EXPERIENCES. THE PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO SUPPORT THE GROWTH OF BUSINESS AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN URBAN GRAND RAPIDS NEIGHBORHOODS WITH HIGH ECONOMIC NEEDS.
